Braids!

Eliza's hair is becoming a subject of some urgency in our home.  Her hair is so long that we've got to do something with it every day or she's a total ragamuffin, but she hates being wrestled down for me to do something with it.  It's also not very thick, which makes styling a bit difficult  I thought it might be time for some cute little girly hair cut, but Dan wants me to let it grow.  Is it a universal thing that daddies want their little girlies to have long hair?  I think my dad still cringes when one of his girls gets a short new 'do.  Today I decided to see if it was long and thick enough to give her braids -- aren't they cute?  So I guess her long hair gets a stay of execution after all...

My husband loves my girls to have long hair too. He was NOT happy when Lizzie and Sabrina each took their hairstyling into their own hands -- and scissors. I wasn't so happy about that either ;) Kate's hair is nearly mid-back now. It's very fine hair, but there's a fair amount of it. And it is STICK straight. It's next to impossible to get a curl of any sort in it. The joys of having girls :)
